Mustafa Savaş, AK Party Aydın Deputy and Vice President of Social Policies and Local Governments, was accompanied by a delegation of protocol, party members, tradesmen and business people during his visit to Teknokent. TABİT R&D Manager Orhan Kurt, who participated in the visit program of Deputy Savaş on behalf of TABİT A.Ş., introduced the Vodafone Smart Village project and TABİT. Noting that the Smart Village Project is the world's and Turkey's first Smart Village equipped with digital technologies with the aim of supporting development in rural areas in partnership with Vodafone Turkey and TABİT Smart Agricultural Technologies Inc. Kurt said, "With the Smart Village project, we offer our farmers the latest generation rural life model by combining traditional agricultural methods with the possibilities of advanced technology. We are working to increase product quality and yield with applied technologies and qualified information. On the other hand, with the "Farmer Solution Partner", we both meet the end-to-end communication needs of farmers who have difficulty in accessing digital technologies and increase productivity by providing access to agricultural technologies." Kurt also presented Deputy Savaş with a file covering TABİT activities and documents related to Vodafone Smart Village. Deputy Savaş, on the other hand, stated that they will support every work that supports technology and innovation and stated that they will visit Vodafone Smart Village as soon as possible. Deputy Savaş then received information about the works from Prof. Dr. Cemal İyem, General Manager of Teknokent.
