Project Featured in the Press

A low power consumption smart Sensor Network System Project designed by Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences for TABİT Smart Agricultural Technologies has received wide coverage in the press. The system, which operates with low power consumption and increases efficiency, is planned to be disseminated throughout the country.

Tabit, which set out with the slogan "We carry rural life to the future" and celebrated its 16th anniversary, continues to make breakthroughs in Smart Agricultural Technologies. The low power consumption smart sensor network system recently designed by Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences for TABIT has received a lot of support from the press. Dünya Newspaper, which is one of the newspapers that gives wide coverage to some projects in its pages, noted that if the system, which facilitates and increases production by providing low power consumption and recording data completely with its backup feature, is spread throughout the country, a serious momentum will be gained in agriculture.

"Technology Revolution in Agriculture"

TELE1 News Channel, which featured the TABİT Project with the title 'Technology Revolution in Agriculture', noted that by establishing a domestic and national system with this technology, the agricultural sector has reached a much higher level in cost, efficiency, durability and data storage. It was stated that it will be implemented in 2021 after the trials to be carried out in Vodafone Smart Village, which TABİT established in cooperation with Vodafone. He stated that they have created the system for the entire news, and that they plan to implement it at the beginning of 2021 after the trials.

" Agriculture Sector to Use Tabit Smart Agriculture Technologies"

Carrying the Sensor Network System Project on its pages with the title "$62 Million Turkish Agricultural Sector to Use TABİT Smart Agricultural Technologies", the Turkish Internet Website mentioned that Istanbul Bilgi University is supporting TABİT's efforts to develop agricultural technologies. Giving wide coverage to the project and the system, Turkish Internet said, "If the desired results are obtained with the first experiments to be carried out in the field, Turkey is aimed to have smart agricultural technologies under the leadership of TABİT with the support of Istanbul Bilgi University. At the same time, another goal is to make a difference in the world with the project."
