The "Traditional Harvest Card Anatolian Tour" project, realized in cooperation with Tabit, Şekerbank and Tarsim, was designed as a mobilization aimed at raising awareness of agricultural insurance. Within the scope of the project, the agricultural insurance payment feature was added to Harvest Card, Turkey's first commercial card product specific to farmers. In this way, farmers are offered a financial tool to support them in protecting their labor and products.

Objectives of the Project:

Increasing Agricultural Insurance Awareness: The project aims to enable farmers to be informed about agricultural insurance and to manage their risks, so that they can make informed decisions.
Providing Financial Support to Farmers: Thanks to the agricultural insurance payment feature added to the Harvest Card, it is easier for farmers to pay their premiums in suitable terms and to access loans to be used within the scope of agricultural insurance.
Awareness-Raising Campaign: It is aimed to emphasize the importance of the agricultural sector and to draw attention to agricultural insurance by reaching hundreds of thousands of farmers through village visits and activities carried out within the scope of the project.
Project Implementation and Management: Tabit managed the idea generation, planning and organization processes within the scope of the project. Şekerbank provided the technical infrastructure and financial solutions to add the agricultural insurance payment feature to the Hasat Card. Tarsim, on the other hand, provided expertise and consultancy support in agricultural insurance. Village visits, activities and information activities were organized and coordinated by Tabit.

Project Contributions and Sustainability: The Traditional Harvest Card Anatolian Tour provides important contributions such as raising awareness of agricultural insurance and providing financial support to farmers. The effects of the project are long-term, and the conscious farmer mass about agricultural insurance is increasing, thus supporting the durability and stability of the agricultural sector. In order to ensure the sustainability of the project, it is planned to organize similar events in the coming years in cooperation with Tabit, Şekerbank and Tarsim and to continue awareness raising activities for agricultural insurance.
